It is strange that over 145 million computer user accounts (mostly Home Users like me) were breached by numerous data thefts at many companies within the past year, but Microsoft seems to be unorganized or not communicating with the general public in the USA about how to support Home Users with increased data security and privacy.

Increased Login and authentication security measures such as '2-factor authentication' ( the use of Login passwords combined with digital codes, hardware recognition, fingerprint scans, or retina scans, etc.) are viable methods to also help protect personal data and info protection, but Microsoft is strangely silent on additional ways to protect Home Users who buy Microsoft software products.

I thought I read at Microsoft that '2-factor authentication' is supposed to be fully supported by all version of Win 10 past ver1203 and is supposed to be free for download and support. The Windows Insider forum discussions about '2-factor authentication' seem vague and I do not want to install Beta-test Windows '2-factor authentication' software on my wife's home computer.
However Microsoft support.microsoft.com keeps trying to refer me to a Windows Business/Professional Support telephone number or else a 'Microsoft Business Partner' that both want to charge me a high cost pay-per-incident fee or support package before they will even look up possible answers to my basic questions..
The 3 basic questions I have are:

1.) Can I install Windows 10 '2-factor authentication' on my Home Laptop running Win10 Pro 32-bit OS that is fully patched & updated?
2.) Where can I download a free copy of the 2-factor Authentication for a Win10 Pro 32-bit Laptop? I do not want to download from 'Windows Insider' because I do not want to Beta test new Win10 versions..

3.) Is Windows 10 '2-factor authentication' only available for a fee to businesses and not free for Home use?The Support.Microsoft.com website for Home User Windows install questions only gives brief and vague general info about '2-way authentication'.. A Google Search suggests I use a 'Microsoft Authentication' app, but this appears to only be for Business use.

I contacted Win10 install support for Home Users at their CHAT website, and they claim not to have familiarity nor training with '2-way' or '2-factor' authentication and would only refer me to their Professional/Business pay-per-incident websites. I contacted a 'Microsoft Partner'by CHAT and they texted me I should again contact support.microsoft.com about '2-way authentication' because 'Microsoft Partners' only offer fee-based support and generally do not work with Home users.

Any constructive Community Forum suggestions about my 3 questions mentioned above would be appreciated!
